하이킹 in 발레

3일 동안 발레(Valais) 주의 빙하 세상이 선사하는 마법에 빠져볼 수 있다. 감각적인 풍경 투어로, 알프스에서 제일 긴 빙하 두 개에 걸쳐 형성된 여러 전망대를 지나게 된다. 밝은 회색의 바위와 빙하, 초록빛의 알레취 숲(Aletschwald)이 빚어내는 대비가 놀라운 풍경을 빚어낸다.

심플론(Simplon) 고개의 노새 길로, 카스파 슈톡칼퍼(Kaspar Stockalper)에 의해 300여년 전에 만들어졌으며, 경제적으로 중요한 역할을 하다가 새 길들이 생겨나면서 방치되었다. 그러나 몇 년 전, 문화 하이킹 트레일로 새롭게 태어났다.

Peace in the nature reserve around Lac de Derborence, then ascent via Lac de la Forcla to the Col de la Forcla. Descent face to face with the mighty walls of the Grand and Petit Muveran to Ovronnaz and a relaxing time in the thermal spa.

Best views of glacier snout and lower part of Aletsch Glacier from Aletschbor. Over a hanging bridge to Aletschwald (forest) with 100-year-old Swiss stone pines. Villa Cassel looms like an eagle's nest on the Riederfurka ridge, surrounded by the magnificent Valais mountains.

4세기에 걸친 역사적인 건물들과 절경의 풍경이 펼쳐지는 3 세대의 길 위에서 와일드한 곤도쉴루흐트(Gondoschlucht) 계곡을 건너게 된다. 옛 군대 막사가 있었던 심플론(Simplon)의 역사와 곤도(Gondo)의 슈톡칼퍼투름(Stockalperturm)도 살펴볼 수 있다.

세계신기록을 경신한 란다의 현수교에서 저 깊은 심연을 내려다보는 것은 정말이지 스릴 넘치는 체험이다. 이 다리는 그레헨에서 체르마트를 잇는 긴 하이킹 트레일을, 아찔한 높이로 연결한다. 이틀간 이어지는 투어에서 마테호른, 바이스호른, 베르너 알프스의 멋진 파노라마 뷰를 감상할 수 있다.

사이옹(Saillon)과 마티니(Martigny) 사이는 가메이(Gamay) 와인의 세상이자 매력적인 풍경이 펼쳐지는 곳이다. 발밑으로는 론느탈(Rhonetal) 계곡의 경작지가 이어진다. 저 멀리로는 눈 덮인 몽블랑(Mont Blanc)이 시야에 들어온다. 퓔리(Fully)는 쁘띠 따르빈(Petite Arvine) 품종의 고장이다.

가파른 석회암 벽이 샤모송(Chamoson)에 있는 자갈밭 위로 우뚝 솟아있다. 자갈밭에서는 포도 넝쿨이 자라나는데, 거의 햇살 아래 구워지고 있는 형상이다. 베트로(Vétroz)는 희귀한 포도 품종인 아미뉴(Amigne)가 탄생한 곳이다. 마법에 걸린 듯한 포도 테라스는 관개 수로를 뜻하는 고대 수오넨(Suonen)이 곳곳에 자리해 있는데 시옹(Sion)을 둘러싸고 있다.

파플러알프에서 라우헤른알프까지 걷던 또는 고펜슈타인(Goppenstein) 또는 또 다른 방면으로 향하건 상관 없이 고산 지대 루트 하이킹에서 가장 인상적인 루트 중 하나이다. 주위를 둘러싸고 있는 산악지대의 빙하에서 콸콸 쏟아져 흘러내려오는 산악 개천이 그림 같은 슈바르츠 호수(Schwarzsee)의 잔잔한 물과 대조를 이룬다.

알프스 거구지와 작은 마을들이 있는 매혹적인 알프스의 문화와 자연 지대를 지나 심플론파스(Simlponpass) 고개의 남측 면을 내려가 심플론(Simlpon) 마을에 닿게 된다. 거의 대부분 슈톡칼퍼베그(Stockalperweg) 트레일을 따라가면 된다. 심플론 마을에는 심플론 고개에 대한 역사 박물관이 있다.

The route leaves Aigle via the vineyard to reach Gryonne and later the Rhone, which it crosses at Massongex, the old capital of Celtic Valais. At St-Maurice, pilgrims have covered exactly half the distance from Canterbury to Rome.

Just after Saint-Maurice you reach Vérolliez, where a tiny chapel commemorates the martyrdom of St Mauritius and his companions. On the path into the Rhonetal, you meet the famous Pissevache waterfall and the 200-metre-deep Trient gorge.

Nendaz is a paradise for suone (irrigation channel) hikers, with eight suonen (or bisse) it is the largest network still in use. Enjoyable tour from Planchouet to Veysonnaz, through flowery meadows alongside the open channel of the restored Grand Bisse de Vex.

This stage marks the end of the climb to the Grossen Sankt Bernhard-Pass. From Martigny a sometimes steep path leads over the narrow Les Trappistes pass to the medieval village of Sembrancher. From here the route follows the Napoleon-Weg.

살티나쉴루흐트(Saltinaschlucht) 계곡 위로 오르는 절경과 외로운 타베른탈(Taverntal) 계곡을 지나 심플론파스(Simlponpass) 고개까지 이어진다. 인상적인 역사 트레일과 브리그(Brig)의 슈톡칼퍼(Stockalper) 고성 및 고갯길 위의 호스피츠(Hospiz)같은 건물이 나타난다.

The trail follows old Alpine paths down to the Burg, a rock massif of gneiss smoothed by glaciers. Against the backdrop of the Goms mountains, the Fiescher Glacier becomes clearly visible. The 160-metre-long Aspi-Titter suspension bridge points the way to the idyllic Goms mountain village of Bellwald.

투르 데 뮈브랑(Tour des Muverans)의 마지막 구간은 꼴 데 제쎄(Col des Essets) 고개를 넘어 훼손되지 않은 자연 한 가운데 자리한 데보랑스(Derborence)까지 이어진다.

From La Chaux, the Chamois Path will take you to the heart of the Haut Val de Bagnes nature reserve. Along with meeting mountain goats, chamois and marmots, enjoy the spectacular views of the Combins massif glaciers. After crossing the Termin pass, you walk downward to the Louvie Lac and Fionnay.

약 5시간에 걸친 하이킹으로 도르본느(Dorbonne) 산개울을 따라 꼴 드라 포르클 고개(Col de la Forcle Pass)를 넘어 스위스 알파인 클럽이 운영하는 카반느 드 랑베르(Cabane de Rambert) 산장까지 이어진다.

A string of vantage points provides a natural spectacle: to the north, the view of the Aletsch Glacier in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. To the south the 4000-metre peaks of Valais. On the gentle descent to the Märjelensee lake, cotton grasses and small tarns contrast with the rock and ice.

An age-old trail leads to the quaint village of Albinen in a superb location above the Dalaschlucht (gorge); along the way, the ancient hamlets of Brentschen, Engersch and Jeizinen also sit on the sunny slope, linked by peaceful hiking paths.

Impressive path through the glacier-eroded karst fields of Lapis de Tsanfleuron. Towering over the path, Les Diablerets and Teufelskegel (devil's basin); an exposed passage (Poteu des Etales), secured by steel ropes into the landslide area of Derborence.

몽 블랑(Mont Blanc), 당-뒤-미디(Dents-du-Midi)와 바트렌더 알프스(Waadtländer Alps)의 작은 산들은 뚜르 드 무브랑(Tour de Muveran) 상에서 훌륭한 배경이 되는 봉우리들을 이루고 있다. 순수한 자연이 무브랑의 독특한 봉우리 주변에 그대로 선보여 진다. 4일 동안의 하이킹으로 6곳 이상의 고갯길을 넘게 되는데, 이 곳 모두 이정표가 잘 설치되어 있다. 다양한 산장에서 숙박을 할 수 있으며, 다행히 산악 하이킹 루트와 바로 인접해 있다. 바트렌더 알프스에서의 독특한 체험이 기다리고 있다.

"온 더 락(On the Rocks)" 하이킹: 빙하 체험을 할 수 있는 이 하이킹 코스에서는 방해를 전혀 받지 않고 아름다운 경치를 감상할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 여기에 맛있는 발레(Valais) 와인 한잔을 곁들여 보는 것은 어떨까?

This hike from the Tracouet mountain station to Haute-Nendaz leads to the largest and oldest larches in Europe. Further highlights include the gondola ride with its beautiful panoramic views, the Lac Noir (Black Lake) mountain lake, the wonderful forest paths and the Bisse de Saxon irrigation channel, the longest in Valais.

발레(Valais) 주의 알프스가 내려다보는 아래, 시에르(Sierre)부터 생레오나르(St-Léonard)까지 트레일이 구불구불 이어진다. 이 지역 포도밭을 거닐 수 있는 코스다. 햇살 좋은 발레답게 다채로운 풍경과 체험을 선사해 준다.

A demanding hike from Goms over the 2479-metre Griespass to Italy’s Val Formazza. A stage with varying Alpine landscapes, characterized by the history of the migrant Walser people and their relationship with their former homeland.

포도 넝쿨이 바다를 이루며 시옹(Sion)을 둘러 싸고 있는데, 요새 성벽이 인상적인 발레리아(Valeria)와 투르비옹(Tourbillon)의 쌍둥이 절벽까지 넘쳐난다. 포도밭 테라스는 세상에서 가장 가파른 곳 중 하나다. 코토 드 시에르(Coteaux de Sierre)까지 이어지는 쉬운 하이킹 트레일은 스위스에서 가장 큰 원산지 통제(AOC) 지역이다.
