하이킹 in 라 그뤼에르

가슈틀로센 순환 루트는 야운(Jaun) 남쪽에 있는데, 다채로운 지형을 체험할 수 있으며, 알프스 들판에 있는 희귀한 꽃도 찾아볼 수 있다. 베르네제(Bernese) 알프스의 웅장한 뷰와 13,000 개의 발레(Valais) 주 알프스 봉우리가 배경으로 펼쳐진다.

A hike downstream in the heart of La Gruyère, which through openings in the undergrowth offers unrivalled views of the Alpine foothills and creeks filled with turquoise water! It's a real pleasure to discover the flora and fauna and heritage of La Gruyère.

한때 귀족 가문의 영지였던 그뤼에르 성은 언덕 꼭대기에서 중세 마을 그뤼에르를 지배하는 공간이다. 이 작은 역사적인 도시는 자네(Saane)에서 100m 높은 지점에 위치해 있으며, 이 하이킹 트레일의 목적지다.

Fairy tales and legends accompany the walker as far as Vuippens. Beach in Gumefens, optional visit to Ogoz Island. Forest trail looking down on the lake as far as Rossens, hilly paths and numerous timber features surmounting natural obstacles.

With the mighty Moléson in view and the town of Gruyère left behind, you climb to the middle cableway station at Plan Francey. Then hike along the north-west flank of the Moléson and descend to the richly-forested pre-Alpine landscape of Les Paccots.

A magnificent forest track borders the lake on hilly ground from Corbières to Botterens. It is quiet on the way back, with magnificent views of the Moléson, the Dent de Broc and the Gibloux. Chocolate treats in Maison Cailler and an opportunity to swim in Les Laviaux.

몰레종 정상을 향해 오르는 약간은 다른 하이킹으로, 전형적인 프리부르(Fribourg)의 풍경이 펼쳐지는 초원 지대를 지난다. 걸으며 한 세기나 이어져온 전통 치즈 생산, «아르멜리(armaillis»”를 구경해 볼 수 있다.
