Les Ecovets is a locality located at an altitude of 1300 metres, about 20 minutes walk from the resort of Villars-sur-Ollon.

Over the seasons and according to the ideas of the Chef, a small gourmet card is available throughout the day. Beef tartare, cheese platters, Vaudois tapas, ... a convivial restaurant to enjoy on the go.
