The refreshment bar has been completely renovated. Its objective is to make you discover local products. Come and eat there. No matter what time of day, you will find many cheese dishes, desserts and suggestions "according to arrivals".

Located on Evolène's picturesque central street, "La Paix" and "La Grange" offer a wide range of dishes to delight even the most demanding palates. The menu features meats cooked on Evolène soapstone (slate).
