하이킹

몽 블랑(Mont Blanc), 당-뒤-미디(Dents-du-Midi)와 바트렌더 알프스(Waadtländer Alps)의 작은 산들은 뚜르 드 무브랑(Tour de Muveran) 상에서 훌륭한 배경이 되는 봉우리들을 이루고 있다. 순수한 자연이 무브랑의 독특한 봉우리 주변에 그대로 선보여 진다. 4일 동안의 하이킹으로 6곳 이상의 고갯길을 넘게 되는데, 이 곳 모두 이정표가 잘 설치되어 있다. 다양한 산장에서 숙박을 할 수 있으며, 다행히 산악 하이킹 루트와 바로 인접해 있다. 바트렌더 알프스에서의 독특한 체험이 기다리고 있다.

이 하이킹 코스에는 널리 알려진 발 드 트라베(Val de Travers)와 태양이 드리운 고원지대인 쌍트 크루아(Ste-Croix)가 합쳐져 있다. 5시간 정도가 소요되는 하이킹 코스 중간중간, 다양한 하이라이트를 선사해 준다. 마을 모티에(Môtiers)에서 시작한 다음, 포에타 레쓰(Poëta Raisse)의 기이한 협곡을 지나, 샤쎄롱(Chasseron) 산의 웅장한 전망 지점에서 끝을 맺게 된다.

편리하고 열차 시각표에 따라 운행하는, 위틀리베르그 열차는 871미터 높이의 취리히에 위치한 산으로 오르려는 사람들을 실어 나르고 있다. 최상의 하이킹은 가족들에게도 매우 알맞다. 그리고 펠젠엑을 오르는 곤돌라 리프트가 S-철도(S-Bahn)가 취리히까지 운행하는 아들리스빌(Adliswil)로 내려가게 해준다.

유라 크레스트 트레일 위의 모든 구간이 그렇듯, 브루그(Brugg)에서 슈타펠레그 고개(Staffelegg Pass) 사이에도 절경의 전망 포인트는 전혀 부족함이 없다. 북으로는 아르가우(Aargau)와 바젤란트 유라(Baselland Jura) 지역의 언덕 지형이 드넓게 펼쳐지는 파노라마가 시원하다. 저 멀리로는 검은 숲(Black Forest)이 보일 수도 있다.

With the mighty Moléson in view and the town of Gruyère left behind, you climb to the middle cableway station at Plan Francey. Then hike along the north-west flank of the Moléson and descend to the richly-forested pre-Alpine landscape of Les Paccots.

French poet Gilles described the beauty of the Venoge, the river that this stage follows from Cossonay to Saint-Sulpice, sometimes high up, sometimes beside the water. The pilgrims’ path finally reaches Lac Léman and continues on via the Roman town of Vidy to Lausanne.

Closely watched by the devil, the route leads from Wassen to Göschenen and through the bottleneck of the Schöllenenschlucht gorge to Andermatt. The sequence of historic routes, bridges, customs posts and hostels bring pre-modern transport to life.

The Vier-Quellen-Weg (Four Springs Trail) in the Gotthard Massif leads to the sources of four rivers: the Rhine, Reuss, Ticino and Rhone. A tour through an exceptional Alpine landscape with a wide diversity of fauna, flora and witnesses to a historic past.

스위스에서 가장 긴 하이킹 트레일 중 하나인, 비아렌아나(ViaRhenana)는 운터 호수와 호흐라인(Hochrhein) 사이 오래된 물길을 따라 모두 걷는데 총 10일이 소요된다. 이 4번째 단계는 샤프하우젠(Schaffhausen)에서 바로크 양식의 수도원 교회가 있는 라이나우(Rheinau)까지 걷는 것으로, 4시간이 걸린다.

포렌트루이(Porrentruy)에서 멘드리지오(Mendrisio)까지 이어지는 장거리 하이킹 트랜스 스위스 트레일은 스위스에서도 최근에 개발된 어드벤쳐 중 하나다. 다채로운 풍경과 문화, 볼거리가 488km에 걸친 32 구간을 따라 끊임없이 등장한다.

From Moutier the ViaJura negotiates the Schlucht von Court (gorge) and reaches the village of Champoz via the mountain of Moron, on which stands a tower designed by Mario Botta. The route then follows the ridge before leading down to Sornetan.

From the Bernese Oberland into the Valais and on to Vaud. The Sanetsch-Muveran-Weg has stunning panoramic views and landscape elements in store: Les Diablerets, the Tsanfleuron karst field and the Derborence landslide area.

The Val Frisal Plateau is one of the most beautiful high valleys of the Alps. A wide view of the valley shows a vast floodplain with branching rivers. The Scatlé ancient spruce forest is another highlight of this hike.

Superb views of Luzern and its outlying districts from Sonnenberg. Then the Ränggschlucht gorge offers an insight into the geology of the region. The last section to Malters lets you follow in the footsteps of St. James.

유라의 전형적인 특성답게 먼저 근교의 동굴에서 원천이 시작되는 강 하나가 하이킹 트레일로 이어지다가 기막힌 뷰가 펼쳐지는 산을 넘어 아무 가로막힘 없는 두 개의 호수가 나온다. 세계적으로 유명한 명품 시계의 고장, 발레 드 주(Vallée de Joux)의 특성이다.

로맨틱한 전통 목조 샬레가 그림같은 칸더슈테크(Kandersteg)에서 트레일을 따라 가파른 바위 절벽이 있는 로흐너(Lohner)까지 이어진다. 독특한 암석 형상이 인상적인 분더흐린데 고개(Bunderchrinde Pass)이 진짜 모험을 위한 등반 코스를 품고 기다리고 있다.

"온 더 락(On the Rocks)" 하이킹: 빙하 체험을 할 수 있는 이 하이킹 코스에서는 방해를 전혀 받지 않고 아름다운 경치를 감상할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 여기에 맛있는 발레(Valais) 와인 한잔을 곁들여 보는 것은 어떨까?

슈바르츠호른(Schwarzhorn)은 해발 3,146 미터에 위치하고 있는데, 플뤼엘라 패스(Flüela Pass)의 남쪽에 있다. 플뤼엘라 계곡(Flüela Valley)과 디슈파 계곡(Dischma Valley) 사이의 균형 잡힌 피라미드 형상은 어두운 각섬암으로 형성되어서 슈바르츠호른, 즉 '검은 뿔'이라고 불린다.

국경을 넘는 아펜첼러베그(Appenzellerweg)는 보랄베르크(Vorarlberg)에 있는 순례지 란크바일(Rankweil)에서 상트 페터첼(St. Peterzell)의 토겐부르크(Toggenburg) 수도원 마을까지 이어진다. 옛 순례길을 따라 유럽 문화 트레일은 독특한 아펜첼 지역의 문화와 풍경을 보여준다.

The trail follows the high banks of the Rhein river, which here are strongly influenced by the industrial and traffic infrastructure of Basel's catchment area. The ruins of Augusta Raurica, the Rhine harbour, river power stations and Basel's city-silhouette are outstanding.

Discover the beauties of the Jura through a fantastic crest trail offering exceptional panoramic views from the Mont-Blanc to the Säntis and from the Chasseron to the Vosges. The hike ends with a path edged with tall wooden statues as well as numerous benches and a well fitted out picnic place.

론 강의 지류인, 알롱동(Allondon)이 흘러가는 코스는 국가적으로 중요한 범람원 소생활권이다. 매혹적인 계곡의 최고의 경관을 볼 수 있는, 말발(Malval) 내에서 이 하이킹은 시작하게 된다.

투르벤탈(Turbenthal) 계곡에서부터 키부르그(Kyburg) 고성까지 향하는 6킬로미터 길이의 하이킹 여행은 놀랍도록 쭉 뻗어 있는 경로를 따라가게 된다.

한 여행 또는 몇몇 단계를 통해 자머(Samer) 호수 주변을 하이킹 할 수 있다. 5시간 일정의 하이킹 투어는 모든 하이커에게 적합하며 분명 가치 있는 여행이다. 호반을 따라있는 아름다운 지점에서 상쾌한 물에 발을 담금으로 더위를 식힐 수 있다.

과거 와인 농촌 마을이었던 꼬페(Coppet)와 니용 사이의 마을들은 보는 이의 눈을 즐겁게 해준다; 꽃이 활짝 핀 마을의 분위기만으로도 이 곳을 여행할 가치는 충분하다. 하이커들은 마을과 마을을 잇는 도로와 길을 따라 걷고, 교회와 성을 지나며, 포도농장과 농업 지역을 통과한다.

Impressive path through the glacier-eroded karst fields of Lapis de Tsanfleuron. Towering over the path, Les Diablerets and Teufelskegel (devil's basin); an exposed passage (Poteu des Etales), secured by steel ropes into the landslide area of Derborence.

이 하이킹의 하이라이트는 스위스에서 가장 큰 무어 호수로 이 루트는 에탕 드 라 그뤼에르(Etang de la Gruère)의 자연 보호 구역으로 이어지며 이곳 산성의 늪 지형은 독특한 동식물이 번성하기에 이상적인 조건을 제공한다.

A delightful hike through landscapes such as those once described by Gottfried Keller. Several climbs offer best views over the lake and surroundings – with the Glarner and Innerschweiz Alps providing a spectacular highlight of their own.

Delightful hike along the River Aare, first through urban areas, then through one of Switzerland’s loveliest river landscapes. The renaturation of the river banks has brought great benefit. Worb Castle is seen from afar but is not open to the public.

This stage follows one of the main routes of the Jakobsweg (Route of St. James). The highlight is the Werthenstein complex, a place of pilgrimage with a famous Bernese pietà and a small pietà fountain, which is said to help mainly with eye problems.

들레몽(Delémont)에서 시작하는 하이킹은 유라(Jura) 칸톤을 지나는 투어로, 들레몽 계곡의 고지대에서 시작해 아주아(Ajoie) 지역을 지나, 두(Doubs) 계곡까지 이어지는 풍경을 따라간다. 중간에는 콩브 타베이옹(Combe Tabeillon) 자연 보호 구역과 프라이베르게(Freiberge) 고원 지대도 지나는데, 포렝트뤼(Porrentruy)와 생 우어잔(St-Ursanne) 같은 사랑스럽고 역사적인 마을도 등장한다.

The Schaffhausen border trail connects the overwhelming hydro power of the Rhine Falls with the lovingly tended vines of the pretty winegrowing region Wilchingen-Osterfingen. Geology and botany are the focus of this hike.

Hike along the idyllic Seerhein shore and through shady northern slopes above the lake with views of Untersee and Insel Reichenau. Historic places of interest along the way: Gottlieben, Ermatingen, Steckborn and Arenenberg Castle with its Napoleon Museum.

A magnificent forest track borders the lake on hilly ground from Corbières to Botterens. It is quiet on the way back, with magnificent views of the Moléson, the Dent de Broc and the Gibloux. Chocolate treats in Maison Cailler and an opportunity to swim in Les Laviaux.
