하이킹

트레일은 그림같은 우어너보덴(Urnerboden)에서 클래식 카 레이스로 유명한 클라우젠 고개(Klausen Pass)까지 이어진다. 다채로운 작은 목초지와 마을을 지나 트레일은 섀헨탈(Schächental) 계곡을 지난 뒤, 알트도르프(Altdorf)로 향하게 된다.

28개의 산악 호수를 지니고 있는 발 피오라는 티치노 주에서 가장 아름다운 지역 중 한 곳으로 여겨지는 곳이며 동식물이 풍부하기로 널리 알려져 있다. 아쿠아칼다에서 시작하여 파쏘 델 솔레를 넘어 리톰 호수까지 이르는 투어에서 모든 다양함이 존재하는 자연적인 천국을 체험하게 된다.

1799년 가을, 러시아 장군 수보로프(Suvorov)와 그의 군대가 스위스에서 프랑스군을 축출하기 위해 스위스 알프스를 넘은 적이 있다. 비아수보로브는 화려한 산세 속으로 이 작전 경로를 따라 이어진다.

생갈렌(St. Gallen)의 바이스탄넨(Weisstannen)에서 글라루스(Glarus) 칸톤에 있는 엘름(Elm)까지 이어지는 8시간의 하이킹으로, 유네스코 세계 유산과 사르도나 지각표층지역(Tectonic Arena of sardona)의 웅장한 풍경을 선사한다.

벨헨플뤼(Belchenflue)로 향하는 길에서 만나는 다양한 건물과 산마루는 스위스가 두 번의 세계 대전으로부터 방어가 잘 될 수밖에 없었던 환경을 이해하기 쉽게 해준다. 작은 마을, 배렌빌(Bärenwil)을 지나면, 티프마트(Tiefmatt)를 넘어 로겐(Roggen)으로 향한다. 아래로는 발슈탈(Balsthal)이 노이팔켄슈타인(Neu-Falkenstein) 고성과 종이 공장이 환영해 준다.

가슈틀로센 순환 루트는 야운(Jaun) 남쪽에 있는데, 다채로운 지형을 체험할 수 있으며, 알프스 들판에 있는 희귀한 꽃도 찾아볼 수 있다. 베르네제(Bernese) 알프스의 웅장한 뷰와 13,000 개의 발레(Valais) 주 알프스 봉우리가 배경으로 펼쳐진다.

2000년 전, 중세 시대에 비아프랑시제나(ViaFrancigena)는 유럽에서 가장 중요한 순례길이 되었다. 아름다운 유라(Jura) 및 알프스 풍경을 지나는데, 그랑 상 베르나르(Grand-St-Bernard) 구간이 특히 화려하다.

웅장한 쿠어피슈텐(Churfisten) 산 아래, 발렌슈타트(Walenstadt)에서 퀸텐(Quinten)까지 이어지는 길을 걷다 보면 발렌제(Walensee) 호수의 절경이 펼쳐진다. 남쪽 언덕길을 따라 이어지는데, 햇살이 좋아 싸늘한 계절에도 인기 있는 트레일이다.

2시간 30분짜리 순환 하이킹로는 로망슈어로 ‘작은 호수’라는 뜻의 레인(lejins) 여섯 개로 이어지는데, 하이킹을 하며 특별한 알프스 고지대 호수와 호수와 엥가딘 상류지역(Upper Engadin)의 식물군에 감탄하게 된다. 크리스털같이 맑은 산정 호수 여섯 개는 각각 그 이름을 딴 광물과 바위를 품고 있다.

Walser people settled early in Partnun, below the Schijenflue, as they did in Gafiatal. Today an alp area with typical timber houses in the middle of the Rätikonmassiv - an outdoor eldorado. Schweizertor: Alpine crossing to Brand (A), where the first Walsers settled in the 14th century.

스위스 내 다른 어떤 곳에서도 알프슈타인(Alpstein) 지역처럼 갑작스레 변하며 인상적인 중부 스위스의 구릉 지대에서부터 바위투성이의 알프스 경관까지 변모하는 곳은 없을 것이다. 위풍 당당한 바위 형성물들은 그 어디에서도 본 적이 없는 것처럼 2,500미터 이상의 높이로 솟아 올라 있다. 깊고, 가파른 면을 지는 계곡은 이 지역 깊이 깎여 있다.

At times typically alpine, at times almost Mediterranean: an unexpectedly diverse landscape awaits visitors to the Calanca Valley. While hiking through chestnut forests and hamlets, one can learn about the settlement history of the region, which has managed to preserve its originality.

From the Sarnersee lakeside path steeply up to the Flüeli-Ranft pilgrimage site, where eremite Niklaus von Flüe retreated into a gorge, to live as a cleric, visionary, warning voice and counsellor. His birthplace is one of Switzerland’s oldest wooden dwellings.

Nendaz is a paradise for suone (irrigation channel) hikers, with eight suonen (or bisse) it is the largest network still in use. Enjoyable tour from Planchouet to Veysonnaz, through flowery meadows alongside the open channel of the restored Grand Bisse de Vex.

This stage marks the end of the climb to the Grossen Sankt Bernhard-Pass. From Martigny a sometimes steep path leads over the narrow Les Trappistes pass to the medieval village of Sembrancher. From here the route follows the Napoleon-Weg.

This tour reveals the different aspects of the Thal Nature Park. It begins with a climb through the lovely and wildly romantic Wolf Gorge and continues along the lofty heights of the second chain of the Jura mountains.

Shortly after setting out, the first highlights appear in the shape of Arlesheim Cathedral and the Ermitage, the most significant English-style landscape park in Switzerland. The trail continues to Seewen through the unrivalled landscape of the Gampen Plateau and its tower vantage point.

A pleasant hike through the steep Lavaux vineyards, a UNESCO World Heritage since 2007. Along the way you meet the old traditional wine villages of St-Saphorin, Rivaz and Epesses, and the lovely little towns of Cully and Lutry on Lac Léman.

The Walser people carried salt and flour from Juf over the Stallerberg. Rock in plenty at the Flüeseen lakes, majestic the Piz Platta, Alpine the descent into Val Faller. Tga and Alp Flix: former Walser settlements – today oases for flora and fauna in the middle of Parc Ela.

From the Bernese village of Guggisberg down to the sleepy hamlet of Hirschmatt; via forested hills to the rugged Sensegraben at Zollhaus, into Canton Fribourg and alongside the Warme Sense to the holiday centre of Schwarzsee.

An age-old trail leads to the quaint village of Albinen in a superb location above the Dalaschlucht (gorge); along the way, the ancient hamlets of Brentschen, Engersch and Jeizinen also sit on the sunny slope, linked by peaceful hiking paths.

에메랄드 초록색을 띠는 강, 여기저기 흩어져 있는 작은 마을들, 그리고 바위가 험준한 그림과 같은 풍경 - 베르자스카(Verzasca)계곡은 티치노의 진정한 보석이라고 불린다.

레 파코(Les Paccots)의 4시간짜리 순환 하이킹은 하늘과 땅 사이 웅장한 파노라마 전망이 펼쳐지는 코스다. 알프스 너머의 환상적인 전망, 프리부르 알프스(Fribourg Alps)의 초원과 비탈, 저 멀리 제네바 호수와 만날 듯한 푸르른 하늘의 전망이 일품이다.

약 5시간에 걸친 하이킹으로 도르본느(Dorbonne) 산개울을 따라 꼴 드라 포르클 고개(Col de la Forcle Pass)를 넘어 스위스 알파인 클럽이 운영하는 카반느 드 랑베르(Cabane de Rambert) 산장까지 이어진다.

보덴제(Bodensee)에서 레만호수( Lac Léman)까지 이르는 알파인 파노라마 트레일은 알프스 산 뿐 아니라 스위스 중부 및 유라지역의 산들의 전망까지 감상이 가능하다. 해당 트레일은 알프스 산악지역의 전형적인 농업 풍경부터 우유와 치즈 생산농가를 지나는 목가적인 트레일이다.

Walking along the southern Pfannenstiel foothills, it’s hard to believe you find yourself amidst one of Switzerland’s most populated agglomerations. Woods, pastures and vineyards adorn the way, followed by a descent over the Meilemer Tobel.
