Restaurants in Fully

The restaurant is open from May to early November. During this period, we offer two different menus: a summer menu from the opening to mid-September and a hunting menu from mid-September to the closing.

The refectory and the terrace are south-facing and provide a breathtaking view of the Valaisan Alps. During the periods of guarding, we offer an à la carte meal at noon and a menu served by our caretaker in the evening.

Come and enjoy delicious cheese, Burgundy and Chinese fondues, as well as our knife-cut tartars in our café restaurant!

You'll also be spoilt for choice with a new menu of seasonal dishes featuring the "Fait Maison" label.
