Restaurants in Rheinau

From our parental farm in Dörflingen we get most of the products for our menu. Depending on what the farm offers us in the different seasons, we design our dishes.

The Gasthof - Restaurant zum Salmen in Zurich's wine country is a house that places a lot of value on tradition and its middle-class roots. You can feel the personal and pleasant atmosphere in every corner of the house.

Our offer consists of fresh regional and seasonal products. Wherever possible, we cook according to our own recipes.
