We are 1,211 metres above sea level and always open in good weather. And we’re always open at the weekend, no matter what the weather has in store. On weekdays, you’ll know the kitchens are open when you see the flag flying.

At lunchtime we serve platters, set menus and a la carte dishes, in the evening we serve tapas, surprise menus and a la carte dishes.

Sit down and enjoy the refined and creative cuisine of Sepp Manser and his team. Most of the dishes are regional specialties made from seasonal produce.
