In our "Dorfbeiz" you will find popular Swiss dishes, a large selection of beers and - so it is rumored - the best pizokels in the whole Engadin on the menu.

We are especially proud of our juicy tender meat dishes. The young pork chop, venison pepper and entrecote are something for meat connoisseurs.

The Silvretta kitchen team with chef Steven del Regno lives its passion for local products and specialties from the Engadin and Graubünden.

Mushrooms, herbs and berries gathered in the high alpine forests - in combination with the most exclusive ingredients from around the world, the outstanding local products are presented in the most elegant way.
